I came to live with my husband in USA - Boston - in 2004, from Peru, country where we were born. I attended a German school, where I learned English and German, and Spanish is my first language.

My kids went back to Peru, and I started to go everyday to my cousins real estate office, Prudential Cordano Realty. Little by little I realized I loved that business. My cousin trained me, great mentor , and finally I got my license. I started to work with him at Prudential Cordano Realty,

in 2007 - 2008 he closed both offices. During the next years I joined a couple of different offices and now I'm very happy at Coldwell Banker Realty.

Since I started in 2004, I have been working with buyers and sellers, most likely selling in the North Shore, but also helping them in the South Shore, Worcester, Leominster, Westminster, everywhere buyers are interested in finding a home. In some cases many family members from my clients came back to me for help in their real estate needs. Still working with clients since 2004 in all needs they have. It's very satisfactory for me that they come back with kids, friends, sisters, etc !! I have also helped investors, either to buy or sell, and helping them to find tenants after closing, if needed. 

In 2016 I met Paul, we had a couple of deals together and decided to start The Caceda Team. Months later, Senad came on board and last year Rachid joined the team. Very happy to work with all of them, we covered all areas in MA.
