Kim Clark

Kim joins Coldwell Banker Realty after starting her real estate career in the commercial world in and around Boston. She worked in many sectors of CRE from retail, medical, fitness, office, auto and restaurants while her major focus was on investors both internationally and locally. Her keys to success are honesty, integrity, excellent negotiation skills and the capacity to deliver exceptional service and lifelong friendships with all her clients. Kim strives to always do her best and exceed clients expectations every step of the way.

Her previous career spanned over 20 years in Television Sales and Marketing. She has had the unique experience of being on both sides of the desk in negotiations as she started as a Media Buyer/ Supervisor purchasing national campaigns across the US. Then she went across the table to TV and Digital sales for various companies like NBC and FOX and sold national sponsorships in Olympics, NFL, MLB and the Super Bowl. She was a Floor Supervisor on both the COMEX and Mercantile Exchanges for various commodities at 4 World Trade Center in New York City.

Kim’s diversified background and successes are now being targeted to her new position serving both the Boston and North Shore markets. She sees the demand to help clients move north of Boston and enjoy one of the many fabulous coastal towns or help some downsize and move into the city. Her most recent sales in 2022 were a home in Melrose, Multi-family in Watertown, Condo in Brookline and her latest sale an apartment building in the North End.

Outside of work, Kim holds the commercial seat in the BNI (Business Network International) Platinum group on Boylston Street, is a member of St. Cecilia’s Parish and an avid Bruins and Celtics sports fan. She can be seen with boyfriend Bill and their 2 dogs on the Esplanade biking, walking, visiting Art museums/studios or visiting one of the many great towns and beaches of North Shore.
