Eric comes to Coldwell Banker Realty with extensive knowledge of commercial and residential real estate. For the last 15 years, Eric has worked with managing, acquiring, estimating, and renovating properties from Florida to Massachusetts. As a practicing licensed contractor in MA, Eric brings a unique prospective to the sales side of the real estate industry. He provides a hyper focus on all tangible aspects of any prospective purchase as well as strong insight into key upgrades needed to maximize value on sales. Understanding the ins and outs of any property as well as thorough research for all non-tangible facets will be in place to safeguard client’s best interest in any real estate transaction.

Growing up in New England, Eric is very familiar with the towns and cities in MA. After spending sometime in Northern Virginia acquiring a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from George Mason University, he and his family moved back to the North Shore.
