What my Clients Have to Say:

"Liz suggested it would be better to sell our home in the spring, but we were moving into new construction slated to be available in the fall. We took a 3-week trip in April and May, and allowed Liz to show the house while we were gone. We were not ready to put the house on the market, but we thought there would be no harm in showing it to people Liz thought might be interested. We asked Liz not to contact us about the topic while we were away. A few days after we returned, we learned she has shown it to 3 parties, 2 of whom made an offer, and one offer was above asking. Throughout the process, including our looking at many condos before we made our mind up, Liz was professional, punctual, and always above board. She provided a great deal of help in all areas." Christine, Swampscott, MA

"When I first moved to the area Liz helped me find a place to rent. When
I was ready to buy I contacted her again. She is a great listener and is always available for questions. She helped me through every step of the buying process. She has extensive knowledge of the area and the market." Sharon, Swampscott, MA

"I don't even know where to begin in describing how lucky we feel to have had Liz as our real estate agent. We had a complicated transaction, with multiple parties and home sale contingencies involved, and while the process was innately fraught with lots of daunting hurdles to overcome, Liz made it all seem doable and easy. We never thought in a million years we would actually get our dream home, but Liz made it happen! She was highly communicative throughout the process, attentive to all of the details on both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old home, and maintained a wonderful sense of humor throughout. She understood our needs and worked hard to ensure that we were comfortable and happy with both the buying and selling transactions. She expertly managed negotiations for us, respected our non-negotiables, and fought for what we needed. The home we were selling was in Marblehead and we knew we needed a local agent with deep knowledge of the market in order to sell our home quickly, and she didn't disappoint—she helped us stage, list, and accept a full-price offer on our home in just five days from the moment we decided to sell. Her customer service and responsiveness is top-notch and there is no one else we would have rather had in our corner throughout this process. We highly recommend Liz for anyone looking to buy or sell a home!" Ashley, Marblehead, MA
