I have to admit that during this time the real estate market faced some challenges such as low inventory and high number of buyers. Sharon has helped me to overcome both challenges by reacting immediately every time new property went on the market. This gave me the significant advantage over other buyers as I could see the place first and submit my offer in less than 24 hours after the property hit the market. Sharon Williams was our buyers' agent when we relocated from the New Hampshire border to the Salem area, and she was a joy to work with. She listened carefully to what both my wife and I wanted in a new home (sometimes contradictory things), and worked hard at finding listings that met our desires-and price limits.

We were very fussy, and Sharon was patient and supportive as we went to many viewings and open houses. When a new, and especially appealing listing came up she got us in early so we had first chance. And she helped us strategize when we found places we liked.

Her primary concern was not about making a sale, but on making sure that we were happy with the home we purchased.
