Edie DeBalsi, Realtor on the South Coast since 1988. Edie has been a member of the local, state and
national association of realtors for the past 35 years. Throughout, her long career she has served on
multiple committees and was awarded realtor of the year on the local level.

Edie has assisted a huge number of sellers sell their homes and buyers achieve the American dream of
owning a home. She’s established and continues to have great relationships with lenders, closing
attorneys, home inspectors and more. She stays educated by attending several educational classes
and seminars to better help her clients.

Edie specializes in selling single family homes, waterfront properties and muti families on the
Plymouth and Bristol counties.

Edie immigrated from Sao Miguel, Acores, Portugal and speaks fluent Portuguese. she is married and
lives in Rochester, MA with her husband Tony and her pride and joy little miss Maiya, their miniature
dachshund.
