Sheila Smith

Born in Boston and raised in the Lower Mills neighborhood of Dorchester, I have deep roots in the communities I proudly serve. After spending 35 years in Milton, my family and I recently transitioned to Quincy, giving me firsthand insight into the local market and the experience of buying and selling a home.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Suffolk University and completed the Advanced Executive Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management. I am also a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. My professional career began in public accounting, followed by several years in the newspaper industry where I held management roles with publishing companies on both the South Shore and North Shore. These experiences provided a strong foundation in financial analysis, strategic thinking, and leadership - skills I bring to every real estate transaction.

My approach to real estate is grounded in trust, transparency, and responsiveness. Clients who have worked with me consistently describe me as honest, knowledgeable, and highly accessible. My background in management and accounting gives me a distinct advantage when navigating the financial complexities of real estate, as well as the negotiation skills necessary to achieve the best outcomes. I have successfully assisted buyers in identifying properties that meet their goals, crafting competitive offers, and managing transactions through to closing. I also work closely with sellers of both single-family homes and condominiums, helping them determine optimal pricing, enhance their property’s appeal through strategic staging, and market effectively to reach the widest pool of qualified buyers.
