More about Janice Lipof

Janice Lipof’s success as a premier real estate agent has earned her the International President’s Elite Award, recognizing the top 2% of Hammond/Coldwell Banker agents worldwide among more than 140,000 professionals. She is also a member of the Top Agent Network (TAN), an invitation-only organization comprised of the top 10% of agents in New England.

Janice brings years of experience in brokerage, design, development, marketing, and sales to every buyer and seller relationship. As a Hammond agent, her strong work ethic, attention to detail, skilled negotiation, and ability to truly listen enable her to build lasting trust with clients throughout every phase of the real estate transaction.

Further deepening her expertise across all facets of real estate, Janice previously worked as a design consultant for a premier MetroWest-area developer and has personally developed multi-unit projects on Beacon Hill and in the Back Bay. This hands-on experience provides her clients with a distinct advantage, whether preparing a home for sale or evaluating a purchase.

A never-ending student of the marketplace, Janice continually analyzes past and present market trends to guide her clients confidently into the future. A longtime Newton resident, she has been deeply involved in the Newton Public Schools, where her two daughters attended school. She served as PTO President of Memorial Spaulding Elementary School and continued to volunteer extensively throughout the district.

Janice has also played an integral role in the successful campaigns of several local politicians, including her husband, Rick Lipof, who served for more than 24 years as Ward 8 City Councilor at Large. Her commitment to the community extends further through her volunteer work with IMPACT Melanoma, the Centre Street Food Pantry, and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, where she serves as a Peer Mentor through the SoulMate Program and supports Friends of Dana-Farber.

Janice looks forward to providing you with the same concierge-level service, market insight, and dedication that have defined her career and earned the trust of her clients.
