Katie Gullans

Katie graduated from Boston University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Communications. Subsequently, she attended Boston College Carroll School of Management for an MBA with a concentration in Data Analytics.

Katie began her career in the fashion industry, working for Tory Burch and Ralph Lauren, and serving as Sales and Operations Manager for Brandon Maxwell in New York City. In this role, she collaborated with prestigious clients such as Bergdorf Goodman, Saks Fifth Avenue, Harvey Nichols, and Neiman Marcus. After relocating to Vancouver, Katie held the position of Global Sales Planner at lululemon and later advanced to the role of Global Merchandise Manager at the New Balance Boston office. These roles have equipped Katie with extensive expertise in client relationships, design and marketing.

Currently, Katie owns and manages properties in both Boston and Cape Cod. Having resided in London, Los Angeles, New York, and Vancouver, she now resides in Needham with her husband, a five-year-old cocker spaniel, and two young children.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Katie has a passion for interior design, literature, history podcasts, tennis, and travel.
