More about Marsha Marchant

Marsha is honored to represent Friedler/Marchant Living, one of the consistently top-ranked real estate teams in the Greater Boston area. She is known for honest and trusted advice, market expertise, and forward-thinking support to sellers and buyers alike.

Marsha launched her career in the midst of the 2008 financial crisis. It was an opportunity to gain knowledge and traction when many experienced agents were turning away from the business. Mentored by an industry veteran, Marsha welcomed the challenges of a struggling real estate market, absorbed paramount experience, and found her niche.

Marsha’s background in renovations, property care, and design include hands-on experience, serving as lead on extensive home renovation projects, allows her to offer practical insight that helps clients see potential, understand trade-offs, and avoid costly surprises.

For Sellers: Marsha focuses on tactful preparation, presentation, a precise understanding of the target buyer and current market trends. Together with her client, Marsha honors the history of the property while strategically positioning it for the most impactful sale.

For Buyers: Marsha’s approach is analytical, helping to assess pricing, condition, layout, location, potential, and long-term value so that her client’s choice supports their lifestyle and investment well into the future.

Before entering real estate, Marsha held a senior leadership role at a high-growth telecom start-up, where she focused on optimizing operations and guiding strategic growth. That experience continues to shape her approach today, with her clients’ financial interests thoughtfully kept front and center in every transaction.

Having lived and raised her family in Newton, Weston, and Wellesley, Marsha’s work is deeply rooted in the communities she knows best - where her business has long been centered.

Beyond her professional work, she is a devoted mother to two college-age daughters and an active supporter of animal welfare organizations, both locally and internationally.
