Simon came from a beautiful Saint-Petersburg city in Russia where he studied inorganic chemistry specializing in crystallography. He was also very interested in computers, so right after university he worked as a network administrator at a small construction company. After the rapid growth of the company and because of his natural ability to learn quickly and scrupulous attention to details, he was offered to try a new position as a salesperson to sell commercial and residential properties in newly constructed buildings. After 5 years of successful work with different types of clients and closing many difficult transactions, he became the head of the sales department.

After moving to the US, he continued his real estate path and joined an office in Cambridge where he learned all nuances of American real estate market.

Right now he works as an experienced real estate broker affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty in Belmont and specializing in real estate sales, leases, and investment transactions in such prime locations as Belmont, Newton, Watertown, Waltham, Lexington, Arlington, Cambridge and Somerville, but licensed to operate in any other areas around Greater Boston.
