Shawn came to residential real estate from a background in IT sales. With over 15 years of experience at a global IT company in Shanghai, China, he specialized in sales and management for large enterprise accounts, consistently delivering exceptional results. His corporate experience has sharpened his customer-focused mindset and deep appreciation for building long-term partnerships with clients. During his family’s immigration process, Shawn began researching and investing in real estate in the Boston area in 2019. This year, he moved with his wife and two children to West Newton, where they now call home.

Shawn is fluent in both English and Chinese, He understands the challenges of relocations whether local, cross-country, or international. He is able to help clients navigate key aspects of real estate transactions, including pricing strategies, the desirability of locations, and insights into local school districts and the education system. In his free time, Shawn enjoys playing guitar, photography, and he is also a sports enthusiast, often playing basketball and tennis with his sons in the Newton area.
