Patti is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background that reflects her commitment to both education and service. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Roger Williams University, graduating cum laude. During her time there, Patti was not only the president of Psi Chi, the Academic Fraternity in Psychology, but also served as a Teacher’s Assistant and Research Assistant. Complementing her major, she pursued a minor in Foreign Language and Culture. Patti's dedication to her alma mater continues as she currently sits on the Board of Directors for the alumni association.

In 2013, Patti earned her real estate license from the Empire School of Real Estate in Yonkers, NY, marking the beginning of her successful career in the real estate industry. For nearly a decade, she has been a valued member of Coldwell Banker, considering it her true real estate home.

With a foundation in Human Services, Patti has served as a supervisor at various agencies in New York and Massachusetts, focusing on supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Her genuine passion for helping people shines through in every aspect of her professional life.
