More about Marie Fricker
Hello and welcome to our Coldwell Banker website. My name is Marie Fricker and I have lived in Scituate for 33 years. Before becoming a Realtor, I worked as a marketing director and writer in the South Shore real estate industry for more than 20 years. My husband Al and I have two grown children who graduated from the Scituate Public Schools. Jason is captain of the Rockland Fire Department and Allison is an instructional coach and teacher in Dedham.
Born and raised in Arlington, MA, I earned a B.A. in English at U.Mass. Boston and a master’s degree in communications at Boston University. I am the freelance editor of the South Shore Senior News, a monthly publication targeted at baby boomers, and I recently became a Certified Senior Residential Real Estate Specialist. I am trained to meet the unique real estate needs of buyers and sellers aged 55 and older.
Scituate is a wonderful community in which to live, raise a family, or enjoy your golden years. I feel truly blessed to call it home, and grateful to help others settle here too.
If you are a homeowner looking to downsize, move up, or relocate, my goal is to help you sell your house for the best price and best terms in the shortest amount of time. I will conduct a comprehensive market analysis (CMA) and help you price your property and stage it for sale. I will hold open houses, provide you with prompt feedback on every showing, hire a professional photographer, create printed brochures and mailings, and advertise your home in all major real estate databases, from the day we enter it into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) until the day it is sold.
If you are a buyer visiting our site today, I will listen closely to your wants and needs, help you get preapproved for a mortgage, and show you all the active listings that meet your criteria. Each time a new property that matches your needs arrives on the market, you will receive an email alerting you to it.
I hope to hear from you soon.
