Hi there! I’m Matt Monroe, and if there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s that I’m a proud husband, a dad to three amazing daughters, and a lifelong lover of community, connection, and hard work. I’ve called the South Shore home since 2010, and I can’t imagine living anywhere else. From the sandy beaches of Scituate to the charming streets of Marshfield, this area holds a special place in my heart.

My journey into real estate started as a natural extension of my passions. I’ve always loved helping people, solving problems, and building strong relationships. Before I ever sold a single home, I spent years honing my skills in finance, negotiations, and project management—all things that serve me well in this field. But at my core, I’m just someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with others and helping them achieve their goals.

When I’m not working, you can usually find me coaching youth sports, playing soccer, or soaking up the sunshine on the beach with my family. I love spending time outdoors, whether it’s cheering on my daughters during their games or taking in the beauty of our coastal community. I also have a soft spot for home projects and renovations, so don’t be surprised if you catch me with a hammer in hand or tinkering with the latest DIY idea.

Family is everything to me, and it’s shaped the way I approach both life and work. I believe in treating people with kindness, being honest, and always showing up when it matters. These values are at the heart of who I am, and they guide me in everything I do.
