Austin Franchi

Austin Franchi was born into a family with a rich history in real estate. His grandfather and father have been involved in many verticals of real estate including construction, operation, development, corporate real estate, and financing, across a number of asset classes. Exposure to the industry was just part of his upbringing. Some people remember their first goal in youth soccer. Austin remembers the first time he smelt a freshly split cedar shake on a new home's construction site. Some people remember passing that 7th grade biology class with the mean teacher. Austin remembers swapping a toilet for a tenant. Some people remember their parents talking about the birds and the bees. Austin remembers his parents talking about egress from a basement.

Austin has poured concrete foundations, managed properties, portfolios and HOAs, built out a 20-lot single family luxury development in Framingham, and is currently working on luxury builds in Newton and Wellesley.

The symbiotic relationship of residential real estate is poetry in motion for Austin, combining blue- and white-collar, public and private sectors, shovels and pencils, art and science, costs and benefits. His range of experience has helped him think critically and execute any type of real estate analysis, diagnosis, and transaction. He would love to talk to you.
