Dana Fessenden

Dana Fessenden is a full-time REALTOR® serving the Greater Boston area with dedication, insight, and heart. Licensed since 2019, Dana works with both buyers and sellers, guiding each client with the experience of someone who has worn many hats in the real estate world. With over 25 years as a landlord, buyer, seller, and property manager, she brings a deep understanding of the process from every angle.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, Dana spent 12 years as a loan officer in the mortgage industry, followed by five years as a project manager in property preservation. There, she worked with banks, HUD, and local lenders to prepare foreclosed properties for resale. This rare combination of lending knowledge and property restoration experience gives Dana a unique perspective—and a true edge —when helping her clients make informed, strategic decisions.

What sets Dana apart is her passion for education and empowerment. She takes the time to ensure her clients understand the process and feel confident every step of the way, always focused on what’s best for their long-term financial goals.

Outside of real estate, Dana treasures time with her son Keegan, their adorable pups Sadie & Sammy, and her close-knit group of family and friends. Whether enjoying a backyard BBQ by the pool, refinishing antique furniture, or getting outdoors to hike or golf, Dana brings creativity and joy into everything she does. She also loves to cook and travel—always finding inspiration to bring back into her work and her home life.
