I have built and Renovated 10M+ of real estate over the past 5 years.

Focusing on Metro West and live in Framingham, but experienced in all of eastern MA.

New construction specialist. Started with condo conversions and investment properties, now residential single family builder.

I specialize in negotiations, construction, market analysis as I am an active RE Investor. I enjoy helping clients make such a large financial decision as I am experienced in all aspects of the transaction and have a finance background.

I live with my wife, son, and dog in a house I built and my wife designed. 2,400 sq/ft house cooled and heated with one mini-split.

Education:

UMass- Amherst Isenberg School of Management- Accounting Major, Building and Construction Technology minor.
