Business Philosophy
I pride myself in giving clients the honesty and personal attention they deserve, in order to make their experience with home buying or selling a positive experience. I am proud to be a Coldwell Banker agent, and strive to provide the level of service they demand of their agents.

Education and Training
I am in the process of completing my Real Estate Professional Accreditation. I am a certified residential real estate appraiser in Massachusetts (MA C.R.R.E.A. #75469), and have a Bachelor of Music from Berklee College of Music in Boston.

I specialize in sales of single family homes and condominiums in Belmont, Lexington, Waltham, and Watertown.

Community Involvement
I am a member of the Waltham Historical Society.

Personal Background
I graduated from Berklee College of Music in 2000 as a drum set principal. Unable to find steady work in my field of study, a friend recommended real estate to me. I found this profession to be a perfect fit for my love of people and my analytical personality. I can find why other agents have failed at selling properties, and quickly bring that property to close, with the highest net yield for my seller-clients, or the best price for my buyer-clients.
