My philosophy is simple, I always advocate in the best interest of my clients! If I stay true to that mantra, I'll never go wrong. I am a Real Estate Professional, I do this job every day. It's my responsibility to educate and coach my clients about today's marketplace and real estate processes so that they make the best possible decisions for themselves. Part of my daily routine is to study the market. I look at what's new, what's sold, and what didn't sell and why! I use market reports to help me determine fair market values and trends in the marketplace. I'm up to date with the latest technologies and utilize them in my practise.
