More about Cheryl Major
A native of West Suburban Boston, Cheryl earned a degree in Education from Boston University. Her academic background continues to influence her real estate career, and she feels education about the real estate process is the best way for buyers and sellers to make more comfortable, better informed decisions. She believes in working on her own continuing education in the real estate field and is proud that more than 50% of her business is repeat and referral based.
Cheryl invests 100% of her time delivering first class service to her customers and clients. As a result, her valued customers, clients and friends refer their family members, co-workers, neighbors and other people they know to her for advice on buying or selling a home. Cheryl is interested in building strong, long lasting, relationships… one person at a time!
Cheryl believes in giving back to the community and is active in animal protection issues, having worked on two pieces of legislation which were passed in recent years. This required speaking and lobbying at the State House, and she has also addressed the Boston City Council. Cheryl has been a volunteer at the Buddy Dog Humane Society in Sudbury, MA since 1999 and was asked to join the Board of Trustees in 2007. She is now an executive Board member there and serves as the Board’s Secretary.
Cheryl is also an active member of the Coalition to Protect and Rescue Pets which is a non-funded grass roots organization of people who refuse to give up on trying to make the lives of animals better.
Cheryl actively blogs about human and dog health and about real estate at http://ThinStrongHealthy.com, http://HealthyDogsWorld.com and http://BestRealEstateResource.com
She and Rob love their “farmette” where they have 4 sheep. They enjoy antiquing and driving their classic British sports cars…a 1960 MGA and a 1971 MGB…when they’re working…it’s a British car thing…

Awards And Designations
My philosophy is that any awards and/or designations I may have earned are not as important as the experience and the success I help you achieve in buying or selling a home. You are what matters.
