Real estate has never been just about buying or selling a home for me—it’s about guiding clients through one of the most significant financial and emotional decisions of their lives with clarity, strategy, and confidence. With more than 23 years of experience across real estate, marketing, and consultative sales, I bring a highly strategic perspective to the Greater Middlesex County market. Early in my career, I worked for a startup software company in Palo Alto as Marketing & Sales Manager for the Northeast region, where I became the company’s top sales performer. That experience continues to influence my consultative, results-driven approach today.
My path into real estate was also personal. After buying and selling my first home in California and relocating back to Massachusetts to start a family, I saw firsthand how dramatically housing needs change across life stages. That insight shaped my belief that real estate guidance must be tailored—not transactional—and rooted in thoughtful, data-driven advice.
I specialize in luxury homes and new construction, with extensive experience selling newly built properties and later representing those buyers in their resale transactions. Many of my clients are analytical, detail-oriented professionals who appreciate my ability to explain the why behind every recommendation—from pricing strategy to design choices, upgrades, and long-term value. I ensure every decision aligns with both aesthetic goals and strong financial outcomes, supported by trusted resources at each step.
For sellers, I treat each property as a brand, identifying high-impact, cost-effective enhancements and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to maximize value and exposure. For buyers, I am a strong advocate and skilled negotiator, structuring competitive offers that go beyond price and protect my clients’ long-term interests while managing every detail through to closing.
Above all, the client experience is my highest priority. Clients value my transparency, advocacy, and attention to detail, and many continue to work with me across multiple transactions and generations—a testament to the trust I build and the results I deliver.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy golfing with my sons, long bike rides, and exploring lake, mountain, and coastal regions. I’m also passionate about giving back, including volunteering with equine therapy programs that support healing and growth for individuals of all abilities.
