Kristy Schiavo is a seasoned real estate professional licensed in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, with a passion for helping people navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives. Before pursuing her passion in real estate, Kristy spent 20 years working in Boston’s hospitality industry. Her background in hospitality helped shape the professional she is today, with a strong focus on customer service, communication, time management, organization, and a work ethic that keeps her focused on getting things done. She understands that real estate can move quickly and believes her clients deserve an agent who truly listens, is responsive, dependable, and committed to staying on top of every detail.

What Kristy enjoys most about real estate is helping people. Every client has a different story, different goal, and different reasons for buying or selling. Outside of real estate, Kristy is a mom of 3 amazing kids, and loves spending time with her family, friends, and her dog. She enjoys life in New England and everything the seasons have to offer from beach days to snow days and everything in between. She is a massive movie buff and an avid sports fan. She loves trying a new restaurant or recipe, and believes food brings people together and makes everyone happy. She has also always enjoyed working with children and, as a mom of three, has spent time volunteering within schools and after-school programs, including tutoring reading and literature.
