Ralph Wiechmann

Ralph Wiechmann grew up on a 150-acre farm with German immigrant parents, where he learned the value of hard work and resourcefulness from a young age. Starting at just 10 years old, he worked tirelessly, often putting in 16-hour days during harvest season, changing waterlines twice daily before and after school. These experiences taught him how to find unconventional solutions to obstacles and strengthened his perseverance and problem-solving skills.

Ralph continued his work in the construction industry while attending Monterey Bay Academy in La Selva Beach, California, where he learned the art of custom home building. After graduating high school, he pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Photography at California State University Sacramento. His diverse background in construction and artistic perspective uniquely position him to understand his clients' needs and visualize potential in every property.

Since transitioning to a career in real estate with Coldwell Banker in 2015, Ralph finds great satisfaction in guiding buyers and sellers through the home sales process.
