Kristen is a third generation REALTOR. She was her mom's sidekick going to open houses, to appointments and would listen to the conversations when the business line would ring in the house growing up (all before fax machines). "I never knew how much I knew until I began working in the family business, over 22 years ago" - Kristen. Her first hand experience observing her grandmother, Elouise A. Troup and her mother, Lorraine Troup Walsh, while they negotiated for their clients, visited homes and listened to their many phone calls - can't be taught in a classroom. Back then, our office was the "place to go" to sell or buy a home and where the phrase "Call Out The Troup's" was coined. To this day, I still have people come up to me and enjoy sharing the slogan with a smile. It is a wonderful feeling to know how highly respected the community still thinks about them. Kristen isn't just an "agent", she is a broker and managed her family real estate office in Braintree & Mansfield for about 15 years. She later affiliated herself with another brokerage in 2013 and was consistently a Top Producer during her time there 2013 - 2021. She valued her experience and relationships that were built there and the growth that she experienced. She had new opportunities presented to her and she is thrilled to now be a broker associate with Coldwell Banker Realty. A single working mom at 21, Kristen was able to purchase her first home in Braintree for her and her son, Michael when she was 26. A few years later, she was married with her second child, Aryana and they outgrew their 900 sq. ft bungalow and moved to Mansfield where she raised her three children and has resided for the past 22 years. Mansfield has been a wonderful community to raise a family. Mansfield is unique in its location as it has access to many routes and highways to reach appointments easily. For example, Kristen's client's are located from Ashburham to Hull to Douglas to Andover to Tingsbury to Brookline. Location is not a factor for her to have a very successful business representing her clients both Selling and Buying.
