With a combined high level of corporate sales and partnerships experience, Valerie has shifted her skill sets to the residential real estate world with a goal of creating an experience for her clients that offers a collaborative, educational, strategic, and goal driven environment. Her decision to come to the real estate business was due to being underwhelmed by her own buying and selling experiences with real estate brokers. More often than not in these relationships, she was doing all the research, asking the important questions, finding diamonds in the rough, and driving negotiations. Several colleagues and friends also reported similar experiences, and a void in the industry was recognized. It’s Valerie's goal to bring a high level of professionalism and business acumen to work each day, and properly develop the fiduciary relationship that each client should expect in what is (for many) one of biggest and most important investments, or business transactions, in their lives. In today’s market this relationship has never been so important, and it’s to your advantage to work with an agent that will represent you based on discovering your unique financial situation, status, objectives, and goals -whether being on the buying or selling side of the transaction(s).
