Property Manager, The Arbella at Bramble Hill (April 2024 – June 2025)
Managed daily operations for a luxury 55+ apartment community in Worcester, MA, featuring modern 1- and 2-bedroom residences with premium amenities, including a golf simulator, pickleball court, pet park, and community gardens. Oversaw resident relations, maintenance, leasing, and compliance to ensure an exceptional living experience in a serene location near universities and historic Elm Park. Led lease-up activities to drive occupancy through targeted marketing and built strong community ties through outreach and partnerships with local businesses, cultural organizations, and non-profits.

Co-Owner, Engel & Völkers Boston (2014 – Present)

• Received Private Office Advisor Designation, one of the highest designations to attain with less than 1 percent of real estate agents. 

• Recruited, hired, trained, and managed over 90 licensed real estate agents across four Boston locations.

• Served as Broker of Record for over $1 billion in residential sales and 1,000+ leasing transactions.

• Personally brokered more than $300 million in real estate.

• Led a Top 10 Sales Team in Gross Commission Income (GCI) in the Americas for Engel & Völkers for seven out of nine years.

• Office received the Top 10 award for GCI in the Americas for Engel & Völkers in 2022.
