Hello!

My experience in Real Estate is in Investing, remodeling, and flipping homes in the Annapolis and greater Anne Arundel County area. 6-year Owner/President/CEO of Patterson & Meade Home Creations, LLC with seven homes successfully remodeled and resold. I have many contacts with experienced and licensed contractors who all do excellent work. 

I have lived and grew up in Annapolis all of my 34 years and have a vast knowledge of the City of Annapolis and all surrounding areas. I love boating on the Bay and spending time with family and friends. Through my experience working with great agents like Michele Cordle and Sean O'Connor, I have learned much about what it takes to get homes purchased and/or sold in a professional and timely manner.
