Biana Arentz

Biana Arentz is a REALTOR with Coldwell Banker Church Circle in Annapolis.  She was voted Best Luxury Realtor on the Eastern Shire and also Best Waterfront Realtor for the last three years. Biana specializes in Selling the Luxury Lifestyle at all price points. She lives in Queenstown and most of her business is on the Eastern Shore, but she also Loves Annapolis and everything it has to offer.  Waterfronts are her specialties, but horse farms, historic homes, golf communities and water-oriented communities are also her strength.

Biana has been in real estate for over 23 years and Loves what she does. She is originally from Puerto Rico and came to the DC/Maryland area to go to Georgetown and never went back. She owned Hemingway’s restaurant - now Libby’s- for over 20 years.

Biana is passionate about giving back to the community and is a past Director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, founding member of Bosom Buddies Charities and past Chair of the Board of Anne Arundel Medical Center Board of trustees and past member of the Luminus Health Foundation Board. Biana is President elect for the Bay Area Association of Realtors and has been involved with numerous committees for Maryland Realtors. 

Beyond the world of real estate, she is married to Steve Arentz, a fellow REALTOR and a Maryland State Delegate. She has two children: Steven, attending the University of Maryland and Elizabeth,  also in real estate who was named a “30 Under 30” Honoree by Baltimore Real Producers and Coldwell Banker Realty.

Biana is grateful for all she has and for enjoying and loving what she does for a living….and now getting to enjoy it with her daughter as well!
