**Began Real Estate Career in 1981 with Merrill Lynch Realty, Crofton.
Awards throughout the years: Presidents club, Top Producer, 100% club, numerous Top Sales awards and a Lifetime member of the Distinguished Sales club of Anne Arundel County. I've been a Member of PG County Board of realtors and Anne Arundel county Board of Realtors, Treasurer DUMC, member ASPCA.
It is my belief to keep the process of buying or selling a home as simple as possible, providing my clients with as much useful information as possible so they can make informed decisions; they need to know where pitfalls may lie and how various provisions in a contract of sale may impact them, adversely or beneficially. There are hundreds of "bumps" in the road from contract to settlement and beyond settlement. My experience has enabled me to know what to look for; anticipate the hazard and know how to avoid it. I take great pleasure interacting with my clients . . . I listen.
The majority of my business is developed from past business. Over 80% is from referrals, from past customers and clients, from acquaintances and loved ones. I've helped the children of clients and next-door neighbors of friends in their Real Estate needs. I say what I mean and mean what I say.
Through the years, I have truly enjoyed helping my customers attain their goal of home ownership. I take pleasure demonstrating how home ownership and real estate investments can increase their net worth; analyzing the use of financing as a tool to increase the return on investment. After all, the goal is to develop a plan that increases wealth in future years.
