Personal Background
Recognized regionally as a specialist in both residential and commercial real estate, Frank Bolling has resided in Annapolis and based his primary focus here since the late 1970s.

Having served in numerous leadership capacities on boards, committees and ad hoc advocacies throughout the region over the years, Frank has emerged as a respected leader in the Annapolis business and civic community. He is frequently recognized as one who brings clarity to negotiations and discussions in both the public and private domains.

Supported by his vast experience and knowledge base, Frank brings a broader perspective to both the buying and selling processes in "recognizing that knowledge is power", resulting most often in his clients' satisfaction. A graduate of Vanderbilt University, B.A. Economics, 1970, the Tennessee native served as a Presidential Appointee in the Carter Administration in both the housing finance and energy sectors prior to establishing his own investment banking company and commercial real estate brokerage in Annapolis in the 1980s, the later of which merged with the predecessor to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 1997.

Before entering the public sector, Frank served as a commercial bank officer and board member, a founding publisher of a Washington D.C. based arts and entertainment newspaper and in various spokesperson capacities on the national and state level in political campaigns.

Frank and his wife, Linda, have traveled extensively throughout the world, fostering solid one-to-one relationships, both personal and in business.
