     George Berkinshaw has called Annapolis home since 1981 and has worked as a full-time real estate
professional since 1986. With decades of experience, she has developed deep expertise in Annapolis
waterfront properties, including those along the Severn River, South River, and their tributaries, as well
as the highly sought-after neighborhoods of Murray Hill, Wardour, Bay Ridge, Eastport, and the Annapolis Historic District.
     Consistently recognized as a top producer in the Annapolis market, George brings the perspective and
