Kevin Holmes

Kevin Holmes is a full-time Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Realtor licensed in Maryland, District of Columbia and Virginia. Since 2005, Kevin has enjoyed working in partnership with buyers, sellers, and investors.

As a young man, Kevin was once told by his father, “if you can master your current job that you hate, imagine what you can do with what you love.” Kevin’s father was right! Kevin’s passion for people and the business has allowed him to make a living doing what he loves most – real estate.

Kevin learned quickly that listening, patience, empathy and a dedicated focus on the client until a deal was complete would serve his community well. For over 15 years, Kevin’s clientele grew only through word-of-mouth, personal referrals and repeat business – a true testament to Kevin’s commitment to those he serves.

Kevin has been happily married for twenty-eight years, and has two children. His daughter is a graduate of Georgetown University (2016). His son currently attends Old Dominion University and is a graduate of DeMatha High (2016). In his personal time Kevin, has coached youth basketball for many years in the community and still enjoys mentoring those young men today.
