Kimberly Ginevan

Kim has over 22 years of experience in real estate. She began her career as a real estate wholesaler, connecting investors with distressed properties and building strong relationships. Realizing she could offer more comprehensive support, she became a licensed real estate agent in 2007. 

Since 2012, Kim has been a valuable member of The Gina White Home Team, specializing in working with VA buyers. She is dedicated to offering every client personalized service, extensive knowledge, and a commitment to their best interests, treating each transaction as if it were her own. Outside of her real estate career, Kim enjoys camping with her family, spending time with her seven grandchildren, and attending concerts. She's a big fan of the Baltimore Ravens and an avid NASCAR enthusiast, often going to several races annually. Kim is also a proud Army mom; her son and daughter-in-law are Afghanistan combat veterans, and another son is currently active duty.
