In 2021, Robin Gross retired from the Federal Bureau of Investigation after 34 years of service. During her career, she served in various positions, but the two roles that brought her the most professional fulfillment were leading a workforce development program and serving as a mediator for the Department of Justice Mediator Corps program. Robin understands the importance of providing space and opportunities for individuals to develop and perform at their highest level of potential. She believes individual achievement not only contributes to individual success, but it also positively impacts orIganizations and the world around them.  

The excitement and motivation to help others succeed is still present in Robin’s current career as a full-time real estate agent. Robin has over 16 years of experience as a residential investor and property manager. The experience and knowledge gained throughout the years led her to become a licensed real estate agent in 2020.
