Tracy Cannon

Coldwell Banker Church Circle is honored to have had Tracy affiliated with our office as an associate broker since May 2021.  She attained her Luxury Property Specialist designation, and has won several awards with the company as a result of her dedication to her clients.

Tracy fell in love with Annapolis, and the surrounding Chesapeake Bay area, while working here in college in the 1980’s. That love led to her owing homes in Annapolis from 1999, until today, giving her a unique, personal and in-depth understanding of the area and its neighborhoods.

Additionally, as a Maryland attorney for over 30 years, Tracy has seen real estate from a number of angles. With that expertise, and prior to her affiliation with Coldwell Banker Realty, she managed numerous and varied family real estate projects involving the purchase, sale, refinance, appraisal and rental of both residential and commercial property.
