Rene’ Brooks is an experienced real estate agent that believes in delivering excellent service to her clients. With Coldwell Banker for most of her career, Rene’ is known for building relationships and educating buyers and sellers about the home buying and selling process. She has a deep understanding of Maryland home buying programs and incentives including Comprehensive Development Administration (CDA), Maryland Assistance Loan Program (MALP), Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and the Down Payment Settlement Expense Loan Program (DSELP). Whether the client is a first-time home buyer or an experienced buyer, Rene strives to deliver results with a personal touch!

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Rene enjoyed a career in human resources and administration for the State of Maryland. Her primary responsibilities included assisting employees with all personnel and administrative issues including payroll, training, and certifications. Rene’s solid background in administration allows her to manage the complexity of today’s real estate transactions, insuring that deals are closed and clients are satisfied.

Rene’ is a graduate of the University of Baltimore and completed Coldwell Banker Realtor’s Fast Track Program. She enjoys interior decorating, travelling, entertaining, sewing, shopping, and, of course, looking at homes.
