Hortencia Herrera-Perea is a go getter, people person and a light to your day. She knows the need to help people, being in the medical field for over 12 years. She took the same values and turned it into her business of helping people when they need it the most, purchasing a home!
Being a resident of Maryland for over 30 years, she has lived and worked in many areas in Maryland. So, she knows her way around town when helping her clients find the perfect home.
When Hortencia Herrera-Perea is not assisting her real estate clients, she enjoys spending time with family, yard saleing, and organic gardening. Also traveling to Mexico to learn about her family's background. Hortencia Herrera-Perea is bilingual (Spanish and English) and is currently learning American sign language.

Siendo residente de Maryland por más de 30 años, ha vivido y trabajado en muchas áreas de Maryland.
