My unwavering passion for real estate ignited during the early 2000s while I worked as a Real Estate Appraiser in the hurricane-prone region of Florida. My love for real estate was born out of a desire to rebuild and revitalize communities.
After relocating to Maine, I ventured into the world of Commercial Real Estate, collaborating with some of the East Coast's largest developers. My accomplishments included spearheading the development of pharmacies across a vast stretch of the United States, from Maine to Florida. Notable clients such as Rite Aid and Walgreens trusted my expertise in creating commercial spaces that served their needs.
I became the Project Manager for one of Maine's largest builders and a prominent REMAX franchise. In this role, I wore multiple hats, serving as both Project Manager and Sales Manager. My dedication shone as I oversaw the day-to-day operations of the REMAX branch while simultaneously guiding families through the process of purchasing their dream homes from start to finish. My time at Chase Custom Homes was transformative, equipping me with the valuable skills in residential land development, client interaction, home pricing, and realizing the dreams of aspiring homeowners.
My career is a testament to my extensive experience in both commercial and residential real estate. Over two decades, I forged alliances with some of the industry's most accomplished leaders along the East Coast. My tenure at Gendron Commercial and ReMax/Chase Custom Homes honed my ability to engage in public speaking and organize various networking events and educational sessions for new homebuyers and construction enthusiasts.
One of my proudest moments was becoming the first Redfin Agent in the state of Maine. I not only embraced the challenge but also exceeded my initial goals, achieving a remarkable 212% of my target in the first year of operation. My experience has cultivated my confidence in working with buyers and sellers, sharpened my negotiation skills, and honed my talents in time management. I excel in collaboration, bringing a wealth of organizational and analytical skills to every transaction.

For five years I have dedicated my role as the Designated Broker for eXp Realty. I have closed over 300 sales and oversee over 700 sales currently. My journey as a broker for the state of Maryland allowed me to impart my knowledge and expertise to newcomers in the industry and those looking to expand their real estate ventures.
