Steve Aisenberg - With over 30 years of sales experience including new home sales, Steve is a native Washingtonian currently residing in the Bethesda home he grew up in. Having grown up locally, Steve possesses that special "hometown" knowledge and is passionate about its beautiful neighborhoods, homes and people. Steve also has extensive experience with Business Development and Client Building, with major emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Marlene Aisenberg - Licensed in the District of Columbia and Maryland, Marlene is comfortable working with both buyers and sellers. With over 35 years of experience in the sales industry, she takes great pride in being service and performance oriented. She was the Owner/Operator of a Children's Play Program and also has experience in the airline industry. Marlene started her real estate career as a Buyer's Agent for a top producer at Coldwell Banker. With that invaluable experience under her belt, she struck out on her own, and then created the Aisenberg Team with her husband Steve.
