If the tenant signs the lease and pays the required funds but fails to move in, it will be considered a breach of lease, and the tenant may be held financially responsible for lease obligations. Additional income verification may be required for applicants in this range. BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIREMENTS: A criminal background check will be conducted on all applicants.
