Tiffany Roundtree

Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, I’ve had the privilege of living in both Baltimore County and Baltimore City, giving me a deep understanding of the communities, neighborhoods, and people that make this area so special.

With a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Northeastern Illinois University and over 27 years as a dedicated stay-at-home mom, I’ve always been rooted in service, patience, and care. For years, I also assisted my husband in running his General Contracting company, gaining knowledge of construction, renovations, and what truly makes a house feel like a home. In addition to my work in real estate, I proudly serve as a Community member on the Institutional Review Board (IRB) for the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, ensuring ethical standards in research that impacts our local communities. It’s a role that reflects my deep commitment to integrity, advocacy, and community service.

I’ve personally experienced the ups and downs of buying, selling, and investing in real estate, and I know how overwhelming the process can be.
