Richard Iarossi knows the true meaning of the word “service.” Not only is he a military veteran, but he spent many years as a director in charge of customer service for Bell Atlantic Corporation. Service has been a part of his life for many years, so it is no wonder he is continuing that tradition as a full-time agent with the Crofton/Odenton office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage representing both buyers and sellers in Anne Arundel, Prince Georges, Calvert, and Howard counties.

Prior to his military service, Richard received a B.A. from William Paterson University and an M.B.A. from Fairleigh Dickenson University. Richard works with a wide variety of clients, including active and retired veterans from all branches of the military; first-time buyers; seasoned buyers and sellers; and executives relocating. He is extremely proficient at digital marketing and social media advertising, skills critical in today’s market. Richard has won several awards during his real estate career, including the 2017 USAA Customer Service Award and the 2018 NFCU Customer Service Award, both for the Baltimore region. He is a founding member of the Anne Arundel County Distinguished Sales Achievement Club and a member of Coldwell Banker’s prestigious International Diamond Society, reserved for the top 10% of its agents. He is a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), and an Advanced Digital Marketing Expert (e-PRO®).

Though Richard is proud of his accolades, he prides himself on ensuring his clients make the right real estate decision, communicating extensively and never giving up on helping them achieve their real estate goals. He is a mature, strong advocate for his clients. Though he is known for these strengths, Richard is also known for his keen sense of humor and keeping things light when necessary.

When he is not working, Richard enjoys time spent with family and friends and his beloved new puppy, Rosie an apricot and white Cava Poo. He is also an accomplished stained-glass artisan.
