Dr. Stephanie Poplar, h.c. (Stephanie Poplar) is a highly accomplished real estate professional, financial educator, and insurance producer with nearly two decades of experience helping individuals and families achieve homeownership, financial protection, and long-term wealth-building stability.

Licensed as a Realtor® since February 2007, Dr. Poplar brings a strategic, client-centered approach to every transaction—combining market knowledge, negotiation expertise, and advocacy to guide buyers and sellers with excellence. Her advanced professional training includes multiple respected designations through the National Association of REALTORS®, including:

She also serves as an Area Marketing Manager with First Financial Security, where she supports community-focused financial education initiatives and leadership development.
