Terry D. Jeter was born and raised in Prince Georges County, MD. As a lifelong resident of the DMV, he has watched the surrounding areas grow and thrive over time and is proud to call the DMV home. With his extensive knowledge of the region, you can be assured that Terry will find the perfect location for your home needs. 

Terry began to take a strong interest in Real Estate in 2016 as an investor while partnering on a fix and flip project.  From this experience, he realized that Real Estate is an ever evolving, consuming task that needed to be approached with a simple strategy of building the right equitable partnerships.   

Terry is very personable, and has a cool, calm, collected nature.  He believes that open communication is paramount and likes to refer to his mantra of, “direct communication leads to direct understanding.”  Terry is committed to returning calls/texts promptly, and keeping his clients updated throughout the homebuying/selling process.
