As a Washington area native who has marketed and sold real estate since the 1980s, I know the region. Having marketed and sold properties in communities such as Bethesda, Potomac, Darnestown, Frederick, Westminister, and Middletown; and in Cleveland Park, Chevy Chase, Georgetown and Brightwood in the Nation's Capital, I have full knowledge about the Washington area. My sales/listings have included upscale homes in Potomac and Washington, DC, a 1900s original farmhouse, the site for a county library, and a small office building in Gaithersburg, MD.
