P/Om1L24 Taylor Rd Athens, ME 04912

15.24 acres in Athens, recently surveyed and corners are well marked. This property was previously used as a gravel pit where you can see dig sites and piles. No test pits or engineer material studies done to know how deep the vein goes or how far back it runs. The pit has not been worked in some time but there is a lot of potential here for the right person. The front corner of the property is the bog you can see from the Taylor Road approaching the gravel Pit entrance. Property goes around the corner of Daggett Hill Road then cuts at a diagonal, see survey.
