This is the largest lot of the Caswell Woods Subdivision. There are 46.5 acres that are mostly wooded with 470.8 feet of water frontage on Gerard Lake. Access road #1 is 6 miles from the Post Office. Access road #2 is 2 miles farther up on Rte. 1A. The access roads are seasonal and approximately 1 mile long and are maintained by the lot owners. The roads have yet to be connected. Approximately 40 % of the wood has been harvested. There is a snowmobile trail close by that is groomed by the local club.
