I believe it is my responsibility to offer a creative, educational and productive environment for our office. I do not list and sell- I do not compete with my agents for business. I strive to offer independent agents the guidance and resources they can use to achieve the level of success they strive for, while they provide their clients, both sellers and buyers, with the most positive real estate experience possible.
Empowering our group...how do we do that?
- Weekly skill sessions that build competence and confidence.
- Weekly Action Workshops that increase knowledge and keep independent agents sharp in this continually changing business climate.
- Monthly one on one business strategy sessions that focus on the individual agent 's business plan and activities designed to help them reach their individual goals- definitely not a "one size fits all" program!
- A wide variety of live webinars that can give agents "hands on" education in a continually changing menu of technology subjects. In this fast paced technological world, if one is not moving forward, they are moving backward.
The power of the office staff.......
There are 2 full time administrators who facilitate the behind the scene operations (processing listings and under contracts, entering and maintaining listings in the MLS service, ordering yard signs and setting up video shoots on listings). This way agents can focus on what they do best- marketing their sellers’ properties and seeking the right home for buyers.
The office has a full time receptionist, who answers the phone and fields calls. There are no "duty brokers"- agents' time is better spent working with buyers and sellers than answering the phone.
