Hi, I’m Denise. I’m a full-time Associate Broker, native Mainer, mom to Reese, and our dog Kobe. I’ve been selling real estate for over six years and I still love the strategy behind it.

I’m known for protecting my sellers’ assets and negotiating every deal like it’s my own personal property on the line. I operate intentionally. Pricing, timing, leverage, structure. My sellers trust me because I defend value, hold the line when it matters, and don’t fold under pressure. Every move is to put my clients in the strongest possible position.
